The advanced washing and filtration systems at our processing facility incorporate the latest in technological research, and employ cutting edge technology to further ensure the highest level of kashrus and food safety. The entire Pos’tiv process – from planting through processing – is under the guidance and approval of the world-renowned expert on insect infestation, Rabbi Moshe Vaye of Jerusalem , along with a panel of leading experts in the field.
