Our fresh-cut, ready-to-eat vegetables are processed in a state of the art, sanitary, refrigerated facility dedicated to kosher processing. The standards maintained in our facility are in consultation with experts in the field such as Rabbi Yosef Eisen.

Finished product passes through a metal detector to insure no contamination from foreign materials.
